Alisa | Built From the Ground Up.
I didn’t start at the top of revenue cycle. I learned the work, built the foundation, and grew from there.
My career began with the fundamentals—billing, collections, and medical coding—and expanded into auditing, coding education, risk adjustment, revenue integrity, and healthcare leadership. Every step taught me something different about the work, the business, and the people behind it.
More than 30 years later, I’m still doing the work. Through AMS Revenue Integrity Group, I bring that experience to healthcare organizations, revenue cycle professionals, and those preparing to enter the field.
My career didn’t follow one straight line—and I don’t believe yours has to either. Knowledge creates options. Experience creates perspective. And the right guidance can help you see opportunities you didn’t know existed.
